Once left our premises, it takes up to 2 working days to receive your order. Usually, it takes no more than 24 hours, but it depends on your location.
We always have a small stock ready to go. If the products you ordered are not currently available, please note that it might take between 2 to 7 days to prepare your order.

What is the cost of international shipping?
At the moment, for international shipping, we have the below pricing:
- For Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: AED 70 / $ 19. FREE for orders over AED 695 / $ 190.
- For the Rest of the World: AED 90 / $ 25. FREE for orders over AED 1000 / $ 273.

We do not take responsibility for factors external to ODIS that may delay or prevent a delivery and which are not covered by our logistic partners.

What shipping companies do you use?
For international shipping, we usually use DHL Express.
Who is responsible for custom taxes?
International shipments may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the buyer's responsibility and will be settled at the given customs office. ODIS is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork for the parcel to clear customs.
Returns | Exchages
What is your return | exchage policy?
Any unused and ‘as received’ items (in their original packaging) are eligible for a return within 30 days from purchase. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses their right to exercise a return.
Exchanges, at the moment, are only possible for domestic (UAE) orders. We offer a first ring size exchange for free.
You will receive the refund through the same payment method used by purchasing. This refund can be made up to 45 days after we receive your parcel. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded.
ODIS will not be responsible for any package loss during its shipment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facility in perfect conditions.
Which are the return | exchange options for UAE?
For UAE, we offer two return options:
1. We can schedule a FedEx pickup at your preferred address (AED 35 will be deducted from the refund).
2. You can send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense).
In which cases can I make a free-of-charge return | exchange?
1. If you make a partial return of the order.
2. If you are exchanging your ring size for the first time (first exchange free).
3. If you choose to exchange your products for a Gift Card.
You have 30 days from your order's purchase date to request a return | exchange.
Which are the return | exchange options for international orders?
Currently, we do not have an exchange option for international orders.
You should send the product(s) by post, paying the shipping costs and possible customs fees related to the shipment.
Your package must arrive at us with duties and taxes already paid. Otherwise, it will be returned to the sender, and the return request will be refused.
You have 30 days from your order's purchase date to request a return.
What should I do to make a return | exchange?
To return | exchange your jewel(s), please email us at contact@odisstudio.com or contact us via WhatsApp and tell us about your intent and order number.
Your request will be accepted within 24 - 48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.
Please note that exchanges are only possible for domestic (UAE) shipping.
In which cases can I return an item?
You are eligible for return | exchange in all the following assumptions:
1. I chose the wrong size.
2. The product is not what I expected.
3. I received my order in poor condition.
Please note that exchanges are only possible for domestic (UAE) orders.
In any case, the products that will be returned must be in perfect conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at ODIS in perfect conditions. We suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
The time window in which you can return | exchange an item lasts 30 days from purchase.
I have received the wrong product, what can I do?
We recommend that you get in touch with us, in order to exchange the product for the correct one; at our cost.
Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Just get in touch with us, and we will cancel the order and refund any payment that has been made via the original mode of payment.
